Recently, Battlestar Galactica's Executive producer, Ronald D. Moore confirmed that the final episodes of the fourth season of the show won't be airing on the Sci Fi channel until 2009. This news is depressing for most fans and crew, who are currently wrapping up production on the series. Despite having much post-production activities to take on, the crew will still have to look for other things to do while the show goes on hiatus. Now, fans are looking forward to tomorrow night's mid-season finale, entitled "Revelations." From the title, we can gather that there will be huge developments in the episode, which hopefully will give us fans a ton of things to ponder about while the show is on hiatus.

Promo photos for the episode have been released, and we will get to see what's in store for tomorrow night. The first episode shows Starbuck sitting in her Viper. If you can recall, one of the biggest questions of this year is what happened to Kara after her ship exploded in the third season? Will this question be answered tomorrow night?

Another photo is that of Jamie Bamber, who is sitting comfortably on a chair. This makes us wonder what kind of president he will he be once the power is in his hands.

A short promotional clip has also been released, and we see D'Anna and Adama arriving back on the Galactica and present an ultimatum from the rebel Cylons, who are demanding that they take the four Cylons on the Colonial Fleet or else they'll hold all the crew members on the Basestar hostage. What will the toasters do about this proposition? Will D'Anna finally decide to uncover them in front of the entire crew and force them to leave?

The final Battlestar Galactica of 2008, "Revelations," airs Friday at 10pm on the Sci Fi Channel.

There is something freakishly wrong with DeAnna Pappas and this season of The Bachelorette. We've seen a lot of good men being sent home, and a few weird men staying. In fact, Twilley, who previously made a scene by hiding in the bushes and waiting for DeAnna to come back from her date, has endured the past few weeks without getting eliminated. One good thing that happened, though, was that Robert was sent home last night. Robert is a total creep and whiner, and we wouldn't want to see more of him in the next episodes. In fact, he shouldn't be even there in the first place. Nice guy Fred was sent home too, sad to say. Even more bad news came when DeAnna eliminated Brian, instead of Twilley the freak!

When we first got to know DeAnna, she was a sweet girl with a kind heart. Lately though, she's becoming more of a hypocrite. We recently saw her getting angry at Robert for suggesting that she already had the final three picked out. In fact, looking closer, it seems that she has. Who is it, you say? None other than Jeremy, Jason and Graham. Basically, they are the ones she gravitates to the most and gives the most attention to. If she did make it that obvious, there's no reason why she should be mad at Robert's comment.

DeAnna previously said that she dislikes leading men on, so she decided to send home Richard and Fred. However, isn't she practically leading Twilley on? One viewer suggested that he was DeAnna's friend and that he served as a spy for her to check out the guys behind her back. It seems odd that he is still in the competition despite the fact that 1. she doesn't make any attempt at talking to him, 2. she hasn't invited him to a one-on-one date, and finally, he never receives a rose before the ceremony.

So what exactly is DeAnna waiting for? When will she have the guts to kick him out of the competition?

We previously reported that Smallville is short of people to play villains, with Michael Rosenbaum leaving Smallville along with some other actors and actresses who play vital roles in the series. In fact, we previously reported that Kristin Kreuk and Michael Rosenbaum will not be returning to the show as full-time cast members. Allison Mack, on the other hand, is waiting for the last minute to sign on for the show. More recently, we heard that Smallville's very own Supergirl has also flown away to pursue other acting projects, which include a film coming in the next season. It seems that Smallville is indeed falling apart, as creators Al Gough and Miles Millar are already busy with new projects.

However, bad news isn't everything for Smallville fans because there are still a few things they can and will look forward to in the future. Kristin at E!Online recently reported that someone new is going to be a cast regular for the eighth and final season of Smallville. It's none other than Justin Hartley, who plays Green Arrow/ Oliver Queen in the CW show. These reports came after the network said no to the pilot of Hartley's medical drama, Austin Golden Hour.

Now that Hartley is a cast regular on the Smallville, fans will get to know more about Oliver Queen. We even might get to see where his complicated relationship with Lois Lane (Erica Durance) will go. While we're busy with Loliver, the CW might actually be filling in for the lack of Clana action. Actually, the studio is still in talks with the actress about her stint on the show's eighth season. Some reports say that she might be in it for around six to seven episodes, which is enough time for her to wrap up her chracter.

The question now lies--will Smallville survive without the vital characters that carried the show along with the Man of Steel himself? Fans are still hoping that the writers can pull off a good storyline that would explain their absence from the show.

Just like any other American Idol alum, David Cook will have to join the list of singers who have graced the Staples Center in Los Angeles. In fact, the 25-year-old from Blue Springs, Missouri will be singing the national anthem at Game 3 of the NBA finals, which pits the Boston Celtics against the Los Angeles Lakers. Of course, fans will be rooting for the hometown team, but many are passionate about the Celtics winning, as they are already up by two games. On Tuesday, June 10, we will get to see this year's American Idol belt it out for the nation and make some publicity rounds.

In other American Idol news, it seems that the Cook fever is spreading like wildfire. With his management pulling him from location to location to perform and promote himself as the newest kid on the American Idol winning roster, David Cook has been appearing on morning shows such as the Morning Show with Mike & Juliet, the Today Show and the Early Show. He has also been appearing on primetime talk shows with hosts such as Jay Leno and Larry King, with whom he appeared alongside the top 9 finalists on this year's run.

Recently, Cook appeared on TRL with runner up Archuleta, where they literally sang the phonebook, much to the fans delight. The two were there to promote the upcoming American Idol tour, which begins on July 1st in Glendale, Arizona leading up to the final September 13 venue in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Moreover, it seems that the two Davids are on a roll with both of them having signed recording contracts with RCA, the company under the umbrella of 19 Entertainment, which produces American Idol. While Cook gets the lead on the record, more time is given for Archuleta, whose album will be released shortly after Cook’s CD comes out. Some Cook fans might be worried about the quality of the record, which will be produced while the whole gang is on tour, but rest assured that David Cook will not break from the pressure, as already proven and seen on this year’s American Idol.

For a show like America's Next Top Model, diversity is crucial. The show relies not only on the strength of its prospective top models; an equal part of the show actually delves on the contestants' interaction inside the house. Let's face it, while I'm sure America's Next Top Model fans enjoy the challenges, the photo shoots, and the judging by the panel, they seriously enjoy seeing a bunch of girls bicker over seemingly trivial things, like a persistent alarm clock, and watch the drama unfold as different personalities try to live together harmoniously.

As such, casting is very important. And it's a good thing the people behind America's Next Top Model also think so. After a couple of months of scouring the country for another potential Jaslene Gonzalez or Saleisha Towers or Adrianne Curry, it seems they still haven't found what they're looking for. Recently, more dates were added to look for contestants for cycle 11.

Recently, there has been some furor regarding the composition of the girls on America's Next Top Model. For instance, Saleisha Stowers, who won cycle 9 is said to have modeled professionally just a year before her stint on the show, a no-no if you'd look at the eligibility requirements. On the other hand, models who didn't make the cut on past auditions are welcome to try their luck once more. Jaslene Gonzalez, the first Latina winner of America's Next Top Model, was cut from a prior audition, then came back looking feistier and more ready.

The recent victory of Whitney Thompson, on the other hand, emphasized the absence of a weight requirement to join the show. As the first plus-sized winner, she certainly opened the doors for the non-skinny to join and even do well.

On Dancing with the Stars, part of the thrill and the charm is seeing people, be it actors or athletes, doing something completely different, immersed in a completely different field: dancing. It is also fun to watch how they fare, of course, how some would turn out to be great undiscovered dancers and how viewers would prefer the others to do their own thing. During the past six seasons of Dancing with the Stars, selection of the participants is crucial. It is significant to note that while the four past winners of the dancing competition are athletes, it is not necessarily a given that all of them do well. Look at Monica Seles.

It is in this light that stars to appear on Dancing with the Stars season 7 are chosen. While Kristi Yamaguchi and Mark Ballas' dominating performance and subsequent win on season 6 seem very recent, we need not wait long for the hit ABC show to return to our TV screens, just three months, in fact.

Initial reports had names like child star slash druggie mom Jodie Sweetin, American Idol judge and crazy woman herself Paula Abdul, and Tara Reid. Sweetin, who appears on Full House, recent appeared in People Magazine as a doting mom. "You look at your baby and think, 'Wow, I did that.' It's really amazing," she said. As for Abdul, while she expressed her desire to appear on the show as she danced a hell lot during her heydays, the producers of the even bigger competition American Idol had reported barred her from appearing on another show on a rival network. As for Reid, who hasn't had any big breaks lately, a few weeks on Dancing with the Stars can possibly reinvigorate her career. But then, this would just fuel criticism that the show is being used by has-been's to jumpstart their careers anew.

Last week on Hell’s Kitchen, Matt was finally eliminated on the competition after messing things up in the meat station and handling Gordon Ramsay’s criticisms like a five-year-old retard. Viewers couldn’t be happier with the result since Matt has broken every culinary rule since the season started.

Tonight’s episode, sexy housewives visit the kitchen to learn some tips from the remaining chefs, on cooking a gourmet meal. The question is, are these chefs the right persons to ask for a culinary advice?

Ironically, the five remaining chefs are not celebrating, with Matt finally gone. The women however, think that Jen is already going overboard with her attitude in the kitchen.

The next day, Ramsey teaches them how to make lobster spaghetti. The Simon Cowell in the kitchen did this patiently, without yelling or kicking anything in the kitchen. After the lesson, he announces that they are opening the Hell’s Kitchen cooking school. Each chef is assigned to one sexy housewife that they will guide in cooking the lobster spaghetti. And so the lesson starts.

Christina is worried that her student might chop her fingers off, while Petrozza gets excited with his sexy housewife and even offered to put the apron on his student. Bobby’s student on the other hand, gets a hard time dumping a live lobster in boiling water. Fortunately, Corey’s housewife is perfectly normal while Jen breaks the rules in the competition when she offered to do some chopping for her student.

Completely distracted by the hotness of his protégé, Petrozza allowed the pasta to overcook. Jen and Bobby also failed as teachers. Only Corey and Christina did the job well and it was Christina who won the challenge. For her reward, she gets to have lunch with Gordon and two premiere restaurateurs in LA. And as usual, the losers are left in the kitchen to clean the mess.

After lunchtime, Gordon gathers everyone and announces that they will be having 12 guests. This means that they will be serving a whole lot of appetizers, entrees, and desserts simultaneously. But as the Hell’s Kitchen opens, things start to go downhill.

Christina is assigned with the appetizers. Although she kicks off with a rocky start, she immediately bounces back and is able to send good food. Corey on the other hand, is assigned in organizing the appetizers. Despite of the chaos, the two girls are able to send appetizers smoothly.

Meanwhile, Jen, Bobby and Petrozza are assigned in the entrees. But things did not go as planned. Jen is slow on her task and is serving raw fish, which forces Ramsay to take over the station. Meanwhile, Petrozza fails to understand Ramsay’s instructions and Bobby messes things up in his meat.

In the end, it was only Christina who was able to impress Ramsay. He then assigned her to nominate two of her fellow chefs. She nominated Jen for being a terrible team player and Bobby for being inconsistent on his performance. It was Bobby who finally bid goodbye on the competition.

Top Chef is probably the best cooking competition show in the American television today. With its wide recognition from the viewers, Bravo has decided to order a spinoff of the show with the working name Top Chef Junior. The new show will be following the same format of Top Chef. But this time, the contestants will be teenage chefs instead of adults, from ages 13-16. Bravo believes that the new show would surely be a hit to young viewers since Top Chef has consistently ranked 15 among viewers aging 2-17.

Bravo is extremely enthusiastic with the new show. “With Top Chef as the number one food show on cable comes the natural expansion in our food domain," said Bravo Media executive Frances Berwick. “With Top Chef Junior we're reaching a growing market and are developing a series that will teach and test the skills of younger aspiring chefs and appeal to the whole family," he added. Bravo will be airing eight episodes of Top Chef Junior. The show will be produced by the same Top Chef producers Magical Elves and executive producers Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz.

Aside from Top Chef Junior, the network has also ordered another cooking show featuring the French celebrity chef, Jean-Christopher Novelli. Novelli was once named by New York Times as the World’s Sexiest Chef. The show will feature his big move from France to Los Angeles, where he will be opening his own cooking school to train aspiring young chefs. The show will also feature Novelli’s new business venture and his interactions with his students. Although Novelli has already appeared in numerous British programs, this would be the first time that he will be having his own American show.

As if the fictitious town of Salem wasn’t already dotted with enough beautiful women, this month, Days of Our Lives welcomes yet another looker. Crystle Stewart, recently crowned Miss USA 2008, stops by for a little cameo on the long-running soap June 20.

Stewart, while guest starring as herself in the June 20 edition of Days of Our Lives, plays an Alpha Chi Theta adviser to Chelsea Brady (Rachel Melvin) and Morgan Hollingsworth (Kristen Renton). In the said episode, Chelsea and Morgan spot Crystle at the Salem Health Club, where the two Salem residents are working out.

Morgan informs Chelsea that Crystle is one of the national chapter advisers of their sorority, and that she was the one who organized the Breast Cancer Awareness Walkathon at Salem University the year before. Chelsea and Morgan go on to chat with Crystle about the walkathon this year. They then wish her luck for the coming Miss Universe pageant scheduled to take place on July 13.

The 26-year old Stewart, who originally hails from Missouri, became Miss USA 2008 on April 11, during ceremonies held in sin city Las Vegas. As the reigning titlist, she becomes the spokesperson for the Miss USA pageant’s various causes and charities. Among them are breast and ovarian cancer awareness and education. Stewart herself once had a close call, when she found a lump on her breast. Fortunately, the mass was subsequently found to be benign.

Apart from her duties and responsibilities as Miss USA 2008, Stewart has been a motivational speaker, bringing the message of perseverance to thousands of people via her speech called “Waiting to Win,” which is an account of her long road to success. Stewart is also a teacher, owner of her own company called Inside/Out, and a board member on the Trey Rice Education Fund and Houston Community College’s VAST program.

In a reverse case of life imitating art, Josh Holloway, con man extraordinaire-turned involuntary island resident, Sawyer on Lost, became the victim of a terrifying robbery nearly three years ago. On Tuesday, the man who robbed him at gunpoint was sentenced and sent off to do 30 years in prison.

In October of 2005, a then 20-year old Ruben Royce broke into Holloway’s Hawaii residence. He held the Lost star at gunpoint and then sped off in the actor’s Mercedes, hoping to disappear into the night. Less than a week after the incident, the cops nabbed the young man, but not before he could do more damage to other people’s property and to one person in particular.

When the law caught up with Royce, he was fresh from abusing his girlfriend the previous night, aside from robbing more folks. In dramatic fashion near-worthy of his own J.J. Abrams pilot, Royce did not go down gently as police were forced to pepper his vehicle with rubber bullets while Royce drove off near an elementary school.

In February of this year, Royce pleaded guilty to 34 related counts in a plea deal. The counts included car theft, kidnapping, and what may be Royce’s felony of choice, first-degree robbery. The court gave him 30 years when his sentence was meted out on Tuesday. Faced with three decades behind bars for crimes against people like Lost’s Josh Holloway, Ruben Royce has allegedly said he is sorry for his misdeeds and has claimed a desire to finally turn over a new leaf.

Whether Royce does manage to come back from a life of crime is probably no longer Josh Holloway’s concern. What must matter to the star and his family now is that justice has been served to someone, who, not too long ago, probably gave them a scare to rival the mysterious island’s surprises on Lost.
